At Greenpiece Food Company, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order placed with us.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order — no questions asked.

  • After 1 hour, orders may already be in preparation or shipping, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.


2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us at greenpiecemasala@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for cancellation (optional)

We’ll confirm if the order can still be cancelled.


3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe and approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If your order has already shipped or been prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


4. Exceptions

We do not accept cancellations for:

  • Perishable or freshly made items (after the 1-hour window)

  • Custom-made spice blends or personalized items

  • Orders marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”


5. Greenpiece’s Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing or stock issues

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Failure to deliver to your location

In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
